The Hotel Vondel Amsterdam is a fashionable 4 star hotel that's situated really close to the top museums and nightlife spots of Amsterdam.

What's special about this hotel in our opinion is its interior design. The hotel sits within six buildings and has beautiful interior décor that hits you as you enter the lobby. It's basically the owner's taste and you'll notice individual pieces of artwork and furnishings throughout the hotel. On the outside this Dutch style brown brick building blends in well with the rest of the street.

The hotel also has a really nice bar where you can plan towards or relax after a stint of sightseeing. Breakfast is also served here and the room leads out to a garden and decking area with plenty seating. There's no air conditioning but this garden area is a real plus and breakfast can be served here - when it's not raining of course!

The hotel also has a large meeting room which can accommodated up to 25 people and features all the necessary equipment. Should you need anything during your stay there's 24-hour reception while other facilities include luggage storage, babysitting and wireless Internet access.

The city tax is included in the hotel rate.
