The 4-star Park Plaza Victoria Hotel Amsterdam is located in the very centre of the city, opposite the city's Central Station with Dam Square, the Royal Palace and endless other attractions close by. Expect top class accommodation and, as far as amenities go, the Park Plaza Victoria Hotel Amsterdam has plenty to offer in terms of leisure facilities.

From the outside, you know this hotel is something special. The exterior has been restored to its former glory and in our opinion, is one of Amsterdam's finest historic buildings. The hotel is two buildings merged together, one building is over 100 years old while the other only dates back to 1994 - the two buildings are connected via a glass tunnel. You'll notice the difference between the two buildings; the older one has a lot of steps (typical of Amsterdam's older properties), while the newer building hasn't. One is called the Victoria Wing, while the other is called the Garden Wing.

The Park Plaza Victoria Hotel Amsterdam offers luxurious accommodation in 306 air-conditioned bedrooms. As you walk inside, the first word that comes to mind is 'wow'! You climb a couple of steps to the very spacious marble reception area - there's even a stained-glass dome here! There's a fantastic seating area to the left of reception, again with marble floors and Italian style columns - it's one of those hotels that really stays in your mind!

The entrance to the Lobby Lounge is located behind reception. Here you can relax, drink in hand and plan the day's sightseeing tactics. There is another bar - The Tasman Bar - however this is only used for private functions.

A delicious breakfast is served daily in the hotel breakfast room while the Park Plaza Brasserie is great for a bite to eat. Other hotel facilities include a health club with gym, indoor swimming pool, sauna, Turkish steam bath, solarium, a beauty salon, ten conference rooms equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and its own business centre - something to suit every need!

We reckon if you check in here, you've got quite a place to stay!
